Peeking Caddis

Tying Instructions

1. Wrap tying thread to rear of hook and dub with hares mask dubbing. Leave the guard hairs in place, you want a slightly spikey body. 

2. Wrap the dubbing 2/3 the hook shank and tie off.

3. Dub a small thorax with color of choice. This represents the larva coming out of its case

4. Tie in a small black ostrich herl and wrap 2-3 turns in front of thorax forming head. You can also use black rabbit dubbing to form the head.

5. Whip finish and cement.
