Tying Instructions 1.After tying in the body as per instructions found in Foam Body Instructions, tie in a wing cut out of black weed block. Yes, it's the same stuff you use in your flower beds . 2.Tie in an elk hair wing, making sure it stays on top and doesn't flair a lot. 3.Fasten a bunch of elk hair around the hook shank about 1/8" back from the eye with the tips pointing forward. Stroke the hair back toward the rear of the fly and bind it down as shown in the picture.
